The movie presents the beginnings of modern medicine in Bucharest and the birth of the first medical institutions. Also, here are presented some medical studies that helped the discovery of important treatments for some critical diseases. The movie catches the protagonists emotion, when they describe their whole life lived in hospitals, in the last decades, and also from their perspective the tragedy Bucharest’s population has gone through during the earthquake in 1977 and the Revolution in 1989.
